Lisa Ostrow is a professional, Boston-based singer/songwriter and
voice-over artist, and an accomplished member of a multi-generational musical family. She entered Canada’s
Royal Conservatory of Music piano program as a child, performed extensively as an instrumentalist and vocalist, and continued
as a singer while attending Harvard University. Her co-producer and arranger is Patrick Dreier of Double D Studio; the pair own the Out of the Blue record label.
Totally blind since birth, Lisa enriches her life, family and friends on her own terms, and through her music, and
released her debut solo album, Unconditional, in 2007. She is currently at work on her next album
and, in the meantime, one of her newest songs, “Eyes on My Fingertips,” co-written with her daughter Alina Ostrow, and arranged by Dreier, was released on a compilation CD in March, 2010, and is on track to be Grammy-nominated.
Lisa Ostrow is
Voting Member of the Recording Academy.
